A prolific occult and whiskey expert, Reverend Conte accompanies a motley crew of military scum to a remote island in the South Pacific to investigate the disappearance of Marine units stationed there in 1944, said to have been captured by the Imperial Japanese Army. After talking to the islanders, they soon discover that the marines were actually killed by a group of lycanthropes, known to most as WELLS.
